  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar (divided)
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
