  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup toasted breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
  2. Slice the peeled russet potatoes into thin rounds (about an eighth of an inch thick).
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Whisk in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper; bring to a simmer.
