  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red and yellow)

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet, slice, and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic, broccoli, and bell peppers until tender.
  4. Lower heat and stir in cream; gradually add Parmesan until melted.
  5. Combine pasta, sliced chicken, and sauce in the skillet; toss well to coat.
  6. Serve warm with extra Parmesan if desired.
