- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 2 cups carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by chopping the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic.
