Instructions
- In a large pot, boil salted water and cook elbow macaroni until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, cover cubed butternut squash with water and cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain excess water.
- Add milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pot; blend until smooth.
- Stir in sharp cheddar and gouda until melted; mix in cooked macaroni until well coated.
- Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and serve warm.
