  • 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
