Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 (6 oz) cans boneless, skinless salmon, drained
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Flake the drained salmon into a large mixing bowl and remove any bones.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, beaten eggs, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer cooked patties to paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve warm.
