- Add melted butter, eggs, salt, orange zest, and half the flour. Mix until combined.
- Gradually add the remaining flour until a soft dough forms; knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.

- Punch down the dough, roll it out into a rectangle, spread melted butter, and sprinkle cranberries and sugar.
