- 2. Mash Avocados: Cut avocados in half, scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl, and mash with a fork until smooth yet slightly chunky.
- 3. Chop & Mix: Peel cooled eggs, chop them into small pieces, and add them to the mashed avocado along with red onion, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Stir Together: Gently fold all ingredients until combined; avoid over-mixing.
