  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 9g)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  2. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a gentle boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer.
  3. Carefully add frozen potato pierogi to the pot. Cook according to package instructions (5-7 minutes), until they float.
  4. Gradually stir in the heavy cream until well combined and heated through.
