- 2 cups mini pretzels
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 6 oz strawberry Jell-O
- 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush mini pretzels into coarse crumbs. In a bowl, combine crushed pretzels with melted butter and sugar. Press mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Gently fold in Cool Whip until combined. Spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve strawberry Jell-O in hot water; mix in sliced strawberries. Allow to cool slightly before pouring over the cream cheese layer.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
