  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, oregano, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until combined.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
