  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the beef, bell peppers, and onion.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add bell peppers and onions; sauté for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Push vegetables aside and add sliced beef to the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook until browned (about 3 minutes).
  4. Lower heat and layer provolone cheese over the beef mixture. Cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
  5. Scoop the cheesy beef mixture into serving bowls and top with parsley.
