Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  4. Stir in rice and pour in chicken broth. Mix until combined.
