  • 8 oz Andouille Sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (mixed colors), chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 medium Zucchini, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
