- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a square baking dish or line with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, cocoa powder, and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually fold in flour until fully incorporated.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Mix in sugar and eggs until smooth, then stir in shredded coconut.
- Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared dish. Spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture on top and gently swirl with a knife before adding the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs. While still warm, sprinkle chocolate chips on top and let them melt slightly before swirling into the surface.
