Ingredients
- 12 lasagne noodles
- 1 cup elbow macaroni
- 2 cups ricotta cheese (full-fat)
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Cook the lasagne noodles and elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer the bottom of the baking dish with marinara sauce. Add a layer of noodles, followed by half of the macaroni mixture. Repeat layers once more, finishing with noodles topped with remaining marinara sauce and cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
