- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the black beans, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and baking powder until smooth.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining chocolate chips.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
