  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs (basil or parsley), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
