  • 4 oz salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz capicola, thinly sliced
  • 8 oz aged provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/2 cup banana peppers (optional)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each sub roll lengthwise without cutting through completely and lay them open on the baking sheet.
  3. Layer salami and capicola inside each roll, followed by provolone cheese.
  4. Add banana peppers if desired; drizzle olive oil on both sides and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
