  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels to ensure a crispy coating.
  2. Set up a breading station: one bowl with flour, salt, and pepper; another with beaten eggs; and a third with coconut flakes.
  3. Dredge each shrimp in the flour mixture, dip in the egg wash, and coat with coconut flakes.
