Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto prepared baking sheets, leaving space between each scoop.
- Bake for about 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Cool on wire racks before decorating with icing.
