- 1 cup rotini or penne pasta
- 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (with juice)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef or turkey until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
