  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, sour cream, eggs, eggnog, nutmeg, and cinnamon; blend until well combined.
  3. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, until edges are set but center slightly jiggles.
  4. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for an hour with the door ajar.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
