- ½ cup whole milk
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugars, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix apple cider, eggs, milk, and melted butter until smooth.
- Combine the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients; stir until just mixed.
- Fill each donut mold halfway with batter and bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow cooling slightly before removing from the pan. Dust with cinnamon sugar while warm.
