  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
  3. Place salmon in a dish or resealable bag, pour half the marinade over it, and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Transfer salmon to the baking dish, skin-side down; drizzle with leftover marinade and bake for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
  5. Broil for the last couple of minutes for extra caramelization.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve hot.
