  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup assorted steamed vegetables (e.g., broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and sesame oil. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
