- 2 sea bass fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- Pat the sea bass fillets dry, season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Place the seasoned fillets in the baking dish, pour the sautéed garlic on top, and drizzle with lemon juice. Bake for 15-20 minutes until flaky.
- Meanwhile, in the same skillet, melt the remaining butter, add spinach, and stir until wilted. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer until thickened.
- Serve the fish on plates alongside creamed spinach and garnish with extra lemon juice if desired.
