Instructions
- Press the firm tofu between paper towels for about 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
- Cut the pressed tofu into bite-sized cubes and coat them lightly with cornstarch mixed with a pinch of salt.
- Heat sesame oil over medium-high heat in a skillet. Fry the tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides (approximately 5-7 minutes per side).
- In a bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Pour this mixture over the fried tofu in the skillet.
