Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in sliced mushrooms and cook until browned.
