  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) creamed corn
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, melted butter, cheddar cheese, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for about 45-50 minutes until the top is golden brown and set in the center.
