  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, diced
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.

  5. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight. Serve chilled with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
