- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 12 oz chocolate melts (dark or milk)
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
- Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
- Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to set.
- While freezing, melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
- Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on parchment paper. Optionally sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
