Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 12 oz chocolate melts (dark or milk)
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth. Add powdered sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
  2. Cover the mixture and chill in the refrigerator for about an hour to firm up.
  3. Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to set.
  5. While freezing, melt the chocolate according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing back on parchment paper. Optionally sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
