- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup corn kernels (frozen or canned)
- 2 cups nacho cheese soup
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until tender.
- Transfer the beef mixture to your slow cooker. Add tomatoes, black beans, corn, chicken broth, nacho cheese soup, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours.
