- 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
- 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer to the slow cooker.
- Add taco seasoning, black beans, and diced tomatoes to the beef; mix well.
