  • 1 lb pork sausage (Italian style)
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients in a clean workspace.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef and pork sausage. Mix well using your hands.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, eggs, salt, and pepper. Knead gently until combined.
