- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken by mixing gochujang, honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add the chicken thighs and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 3. Prepare jasmine rice according to package instructions and fluff with a fork when done.
