  • 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the spinach until wilted (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
