  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an oven-safe baking dish.
  2. Sauté the fresh spinach in a large pot over medium heat until wilted, about 3 minutes. Drain excess moisture if using frozen spinach.
