  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Allow to cool.
