Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on one side of the baking sheet.
  3. In another bowl, mix soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate steak cubes in this mixture for about 15 minutes.
  4. Roast potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fork-tender, tossing halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil. Sear marinated steak bites in batches for about 3-4 minutes until browned but juicy.
  6. Combine steak bites with roasted potatoes on a serving platter and drizzle any remaining marinade on top before serving.
