- 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss strawberries and peaches with half of the granulated sugar (about 1/4 cup). Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.
- In another bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, and remaining granulated sugar (1/4 cup). Cut in butter until crumbly.
- Pour fruit mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
