Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss strawberries and peaches with half of the granulated sugar (about 1/4 cup). Let sit for 10 minutes to release juices.

  4. Pour fruit mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle crumble topping evenly over the fruit.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving, ideally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
