  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  3. In a skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, ricotta, half of the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the mixture and place seam side up in the baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes to brown.
