- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach (sautéed)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach, ricotta, half of the Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the mixture and place seam side up in the baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle remaining Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil during the last 5 minutes to brown.
