  • 1 oz ranch dressing mix
  • 1 oz au jus gravy mix
  • 6 pepperoncini peppers (more for extra spice)
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C) and ensure pellets are loaded.
  2. Rub the chuck roast evenly with ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix.
  3. Sear the roast in a hot skillet or directly on the grill for 3-4 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Place the seared roast on the grill grates, surrounding it with pepperoncini peppers and pouring beef broth around.
  5. Close the lid and cook low and slow for 6-8 hours until fork-tender.
