- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While pasta cooks, chop cherry tomatoes, dice cucumber, and slice red onion.
