  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the baking dish and pour half of the marinade over them. Reserve the remaining marinade.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork. In the last five minutes of baking, drizzle the remaining marinade over each fillet.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs or lemon slices as desired.
