- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with chopped onions for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and add water as per package instructions; simmer until thickened (about 5 minutes).
- Warm tortillas, then fill each with about two tablespoons of the beef mixture and top with cheese. Roll tightly.
- Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in the baking dish and cover generously with enchilada sauce.
