Description

French dip sliders are a mouthwatering treat that combines tender roast beef, melty provolone cheese, and savory au jus, all nestled in soft slider buns.   • 12 slider buns
  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 2 medium onions (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and caramelize onions for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Assemble sliders by cutting buns in half horizontally. Layer half of the provolone cheese, roast beef, caramelized onions, and remaining cheese on the bottom halves.
  4. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; simmer gently.
  5. Cover assembled sliders with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until tops are golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders; serve warm with au jus for dipping.
