- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash baby potatoes and cut them in half.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add the halved potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown on one side.
- Push the potatoes to one side of the skillet; add the steak pieces to the other side. Sear until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes), seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic into the skillet and stir to combine; cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in remaining butter and chopped parsley; mix well before serving warm.
