  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (regular or panko)

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (canned or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
